Basis: amendments to the procurement agreement have been made pursuant to Section 66 of Paragraph 3 of the Law on Procurements of Public Service Providers, which states that amendments are made to the procurement agreements if these amendments are necessary due to causes, which the public service operator could not foresee. The public service operator may not be able to complete the announced negotiations procedure in due time, which would ensure the signing of a new procurement agreement and the service continuity.
