Announcement of selling a real estate at auction

Riga municipal limited liability company „Rīgas satiksme”at Kleistu Street 28, LV - 1067, Riga, office address Vestienas Street 35, Riga, LV-1035, phone – 67104800; fax – 67104802, hereby announces selling the real estate located at Slāvu Street 2A in Riga (cadastral No. 0100 072 2006) at an auction.

Bidders submitting bids shall pay a security in the amount of 10% (ten percent) from the starting price of the real estate concerned.

Purpose of the payment „Bid security for a real estate selling auction”

Type of auction – a written auction with ascending step.

There is a person with the right of pre-emption – SIA “M257”, which is the tenant of the land plot.

Bids shall be submitted to RP SIA „Rīgas satiksme” at Vestienas Street 35 in Riga from 8:00 AM until 04:30 PM on Mondays-Thursdays and from 8:00 AM until 02:00 PM on Fridays. The deadline for submitting bids – July 6, 2020, 03:00 PM.

The auction will take place at 03:00 PM of July 6, 2020 at RP SIA „Rīgas satiksme”, at Vestienas Street 35.

Given the state of emergency declared in Latvia, bidders may send their bids electronically (signed electronically) and block their bid with a password so that it could not be accessed until the opening time set by the auction regulation. The offer shall be emailed to sergejs.gusevs@rigassatiksme.lv until the time of submitting bids set by the regulation.

If the bid is blocked with the password, the bidder shall send, within 15 (fifteen) minutes following the bid opening time at the latest, a valid password to unblock the document.

No public session will be held to open the bids. After the opening of the bids the Customer will ensure the publication of their summary on the Customer’s website at www.rigassatiksme.lv.
