Riga municipal limited liability company „Rīgas satiksme”, Kleistu street 28, LV - 1067, Riga, office address in Vestienas street 35, Riga, LV-1035, ph.- 67104800; fax - 67104802, announces of the auction sale of a real estate property Ganību dambis, Rīgā (cadastre No: 0100 014 2042).
The auction participant is required to lodge a tender security in accordance with paragraph 1.7.1 of the Auction Rules, amounting to EUR 65 500,00 (sixty-five thousand five hundred euro 00 cents).

Bids shall be submitted to RP SIA „Rīgas satiksme” at Vestienas Street 35 in Riga from 8:00 AM until 04:30 PM on Mondays-Thursdays and from 8:00 AM until 02:00 PM on Fridays. The deadline for submitting bids – April 5, 2020, 03:00 PM.
