Type of the auction – open written ascending price auction and open written descending price auction.
When making their offers, candidates shall pay a collateral in the amount of 10 % (ten percent) from the starting price of each vehicle put on auction, which the candidate applies for.

Offers shall be submitted to RP SIA „Rīgas satiksme” at Vestienas Street 35, Riga, Monday – Tuesday: from 8.00 till 16.30, Friday: from 8.00 till 14.00. Time-limit for submitting offers – May 23, 2016 until 14.00.
The auction will be held on May 23, 2016, 15.00 in RP SIA „Rīgas satiksme” at Vestienas Street 35.
The terms and conditions of the auction are available at Riga municipal limited liability company “Rīgas satiksme” in Riga, Vestienas Street 35, (Monday - Thursday from 8.00 till 16.00, Friday 8.00 till 14.00), the visit shall be arranged in advance.
The winner of the auction shall pay for the vehicle within 7 (seven) days from the contract signing date.
