Riga municipal limited liability company „Rīgas satiksme”, address: Kleistu Street, 28, LV - 1067, Riga, office address: Vestienas Street 35, Riga, LV-1035, phone: 67104800; fax: 67104802, hereby announces selling by auction a real estate located in Riga at Maskavas Street, unnumbered (cadastral No. 0100 125 0221), and a real estate located in Riga at Maskavas Street, unnumbered (cadastral No. 0100 125 0267).
When submitting their offers, bidders shall pay collateral in the amount of 10% (ten percent) from the initial price of the real estate concerned.

The auction will be held at 15.00 of September 8, 2014, at RP SIA „Rīgas satiksme” at Vestienas Street, 35.
