Contract that has been signed in relation to the emergency situation with the purpose of restricting the spread of Covid-19 has been signed contrary to the Law on Public Service Provider Procurements and/or Procurement Monitoring Bureau’s guidelines “Procurement guidelines for public service providers”:
1. The contract No LIG/2020/150 signed on April 1, 2020 with AS “Spodrība” for the purchase of 14 000 litres of universal agent for the treatment of vehicle surfaces and hands for the total amount of 41 888,00 EUR.
