Negotiations procedure „On the delivery of low-floor trams”

Time limit for submitting offers: until 11:00 of May 28, 2018.

The Procurement Commission of Riga municipal limited liability company „Rīgas satiksme” hereby announces that pursuant to Paragraph 234 of Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 187 “The Procedures of Procurements of Utility Service Providers and Design Contests” of February 28, 2017, which provides that a utility service provider may terminate an announced procurement procedure at any time when it is justified by objective reasons, it has been decided to terminate negotiated procedure „On the Delivery of Low-Floor Trams”. The decision is based on the fact that it is necessary to amend the candidate selection requirements specified in the candidate selection regulations in order to increase the range of potential candidates. In view of the above, the tender procedure needs to be terminated.
