On the conclusion of procurement agreement “On the rental of Microsoft Corporation software licences”

Legal grounds: according to the confirmation of SIA “Microsoft Latvia”, the only company having the right to supply software upgrades of Microsoft Corporation and licences to use them for fixed-term periods in the Republic of Latvia is SIA “DPA” (Reg. No. 40003351675). According to Section 13, Paragraph 7, Clause 3, Sub-clause c) of the Law on Procurement of Public Service Providers, the negotiated procedure without prior publication of contract notice is chosen as the procurement procedure.
