"Rīgas mikroautobusu satiksme" opens its own hotline for customers’ complaints and proposals

"Rīgas mikroautobusu satiksme" has opened hotline 80706050 and e-mail address  sudzibas@rigasmikroautobusi.lv to improve the quality of client service and ensure a faster consideration of their complaints and proposals.

Phone 80706050 is toll free and available 24/7. By calling this phone or emailing to sudzibas@rigasmikroautobusi.lv, any customer of "Rīgas mikroautobusu satiksme" can leave a message that will be considered and answered within five working days.

„The goal of opening the company’s own hotline for complaints and proposals is to improve the quality of serving our clients. We want to significantly speed up the process of replying to customer complains and proposals. There is no secret that sometimes RMS drivers are not disciplined. Having learnt about potential violations as soon as possible, we will be able to react immediately. Yet our goal is not only to punish drivers, but also to motivate them for better work, therefore we have launched our drivers motivation programme,” "Rīgas mikroautobusu satiksme" Chairman of the Board Vitālijs Komars emphasized.
