The first tram shall be delivered not later than within 12 months from the moment of signing the contract. All trams shall to be delivered not later than within 18 months from the moment of signing the contract.
The trams shall be adjusted for passengers with special needs and restricted mobility. The trams shall be also fit for using the existing public transport infrastructure in Riga city without reconstruction.
The contract that will be signed as a result of the procurement procedure is to be fulfilled with the funding attracted by the supplier. The term of repaying the purchase price shall not be less than 15 years from the moment of signing the procurement contract.
The time-limit for submitting offers – until 02.00 pm of October 15, 2015.
