"Rīgas satiksme" creates new "Contact us" section on its website
"Rīgas satiksme" has created a new section, “Contact us” ("Sazinies ar mums"), on its website at www.rigassatiksme.lv to improve the possibility for customers to contact the company, receive necessary information and express their opinion about the service provided. Starting from today, February 18, every visitor of the website can submit an electronic request, including questions, recognitions, complaints or proposals.
The new "Contact us" section is located on the start page of www.rigassatiksme.lv (see the picture). When filling in the request, the customer has to indicate the type of the request, its subject and fill in all the fields marked by an asterisk. It is necessary to provide all the information necessary for considering the request, therefore “Rīgas satiksme” calls on customers to fill in the request form correctly and with due quality. When submitting the request, the website visitor may choose whether to receive an answer or not. In the event the customer wants to receive an answer, it will be given as soon as possible, within 30 days at the latest.
Today, when submitting their requests, customers often do not provide all the necessary information, which makes proper consideration of requests a difficult task. By creating the new section, "Rīgas satiksme" hopes to receive more requests written properly and become more open and accessible for customers.
In January, "Rīgas satiksme" received 63 831 requests. Almost 98% of these were received by information phone 80001919. Most of the requests were about public transport departure and arrival times. 814 requests were received at info@rigassatiksme.lv, 479 via social networks („Twitter”, „draugiem.lv”, „Facebook”) and 358 by mail.
