“Rīgas satiksme” invites every market participant who is able to ensure the development and implementation of a public transport ticketing system, to participate in market research and submit an application, as well as an informative offer for the introduction of a new electronic registration and selling system of rides in Riga. The market research documents are available on the website www.rigassatiksme.lv, under the sub-section “Market research” of the section “Procurements and auctions”. Tenders must be submitted by 11 October 2021.
