"Rīgas satiksme" offers tram, trolleybus and bus maps to passengers
Route maps have been developed and published on the Internet so that everybody could get familiar with them and print out the maps, if necessary. If customers cannot print out the maps on their own, they can buy route maps and also schedules in any of "Rīgas satiksme" customer service centres. The price of A4 printouts of tram, trolleybus and bus routes, as well as schedules in customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" is LVL 0.15, but A2 printouts of bus maps costs LVL 0.70.
It should be reminded that customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" are located in Riga at Spīķeru Street 1, Prāgas Street 1, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības gatve 384b, Kurzemes Avenue 137 and Vienības gatvē 76b. They are open from 9:00 till 19:00 on workdays and from 10:00 till 16:00 on Saturdays. The customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1 is also open on Sundays and festive days from 10:00 till 16:00.
