"Rīgas satiksme" opens renovated customer service centre at Brīvības gatve 384b
As of today, August 14, the customer service centre of "Rīgas satiksme" at Brīvības gatve 384b resumes its operations.
The customer service centre at Brīvības gatve 384b was renovated and got new equipment, e.g. a queue machine and a monitor, which means that now all seven customer service centres of “Rīgas satiksme” have this equipment.
We remind that you can book a visit to any of the customer service centres also electronically on “Rīgas satiksme” website, in section “E-services”. After applying, you have to arrive in the customer service centre concerned on the date and in the time indicated in the application. When going to a customer service centre, take an identity document with you.
You can formalize the status that gives you the right to fare discounts, buy tickets, as well as to solve many other questions in any of “Rīgas satiksme’s” seven customer service centres, which are located at: Brīvības Street 384b, Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Kurzemes Avenue 137, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1 and Vienības gatve 117a. The centres are open every working day from 9:00 till 19:00 (at Brīvības Street 49/53 and Brīvības Street 191 – from 8:00 till 19:00), on Saturdays from 10:00 till 16:00 (except Brīvības Street 49/53, where the customer centre is closed on Saturdays), but on Sundays customer service centres are closed. except Spīķeru Street 1, where the customer service centre is open from 10:00 till 16:00.
