"Rīgas satiksme" reminds: clients can receive money for unused tickets until January 31, 2016

"Rīgas satiksme" repeatedly reminds that money for unused tickets can be received until as late as January 31, 2016.

"Rīgas satiksme" also informs that those e-tickets still containing unused tickets bought at the old price can be used to load tickets at new prices and to register trips in public transport.

As there is a big flow of visitors in customer service centres, which results in queues, "Rīgas satiksme" calls on clients to save their time and come after their money a little later, when queues will become shorter.

The customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" are located at: Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 117a and Kurzemes Avenue 137. The centres are open: from 9.00 till 19.00 on working days, and from 10.00 till 16.00 on Saturdays. The customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1 is also open on Sundays from 10.00 till 16.00. The working hours of the customer service centre at Brīvības Street 49/53 are as follows: from 8.00 till 19.00 on working days, and from 10.00 till 15.00 on Saturdays.

When coming to a customer service centre after money due for unused tickets, a customer must have an identity document with him/her. A bank account is also necessary, because if a big sum is to be repaid,    "Rīgas satiksme" offers a bank transfer.
