"Rīgas satiksme" reminds: it will be possible to receive money for unused tickets until January 31, 2016
As tickets bought until January 31, 2015 became invalid on March 3, the customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" have started to serve those customers who want to reclaim money for unused tickets. There was a big flow of customers on the first day, which resulted in queues. Therefore "Rīgas satiksme" calls on customers not to hurry and not to wait in queues, because money for unused tickets, including for partly unused monthly tickets, will be paid out until January 31, 2016.
The customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" are located at: Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 117a and Kurzemes Avenue 137. The centres are open: from 9.00 till 19.00 on working days, and from 10.00 till 16.00 on Saturdays. The customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1 is also open on Sundays from 10.00 till 16.00. The working hours of the customer service centre at Brīvības Street 49/53 are as follows: from 8.00 till 19.00 on working days, and from 10.00 till 15.00 on Saturdays.
