“Rīgas satiksme” to close four customer service centres as of March 14 to reduce “Covid-19” spreading risks
“Rīgas satiksme” informs that only the customer service centres located at Brīvības Street 191 and Spīķeru Street 1 will be open as of March 14. Other customer service centres will be closed until further notice.
The following working hours are set for the customer service centres:
Brīvības Street 191
Working hours: 8:00 -19:00 on working days
10:00-16:00 on Saturdays
Spīķeru Street 1
Working hours: 9:00 -19:00 on working days
10:00-16:00 on Saturdays and Sundays
To reduce COVID-19 spreading risks and to protect the visitors and staff of the customer service centres, “Rīgas satiksme” calls on clients to assess the need of visiting a customer service centre. We also encourage clients to use our electronic services at www.rigassatiksme.lv where it is possible.
