“Rīgas satiksme’ would like to remind you, that clients can also apply electronically for a visit at client centres

A survey on the “Rīgas satiksme” website, conducted in August, indicates that people until now have not used or did not know about an opportunity to apply earlier for a visit at one of the client centres– electronically at webpage www.rigassatiksme.lv. It allows to avoid queues and to plan the time.

Only 25% of respondents that have visited the website have previously used the opportunity to electronically apply for a visit at the “Rīgas satiksme” client centres. 30% of respondents indicated that they did not have the need to go to the client centre, 27% did not know about such an opportunity, but 18% indicated that they will definitely try to apply electronically when the need occurs. Total 752 respondents participated in the survey.

To apply electronically for a visit, the client has to fill in the contact information, date and time. You can do it on the “Rīgas satiksme” website here. After that, the client goes to the client centre at a specified time, takes a number that indicates about a previous application.

“Rīgas satiksme” would like to remind you that client centres in September are very loaded, because both students and owners of pupil e-cards are applying. To avoid long queues, clients can apply for a visit at available times electronically.
