18 072 public transport controls carried out in February

In February, 2183 passengers traveling without tickets were identified in “Rigas satiksme” public transport.

For comparison, 18 072 controls were carried out in February of 2019, 4339 less than in January of 2019. In February of 2019, the most passengers were fined for traveling without a ticket on tram route 1: 210 passengers, while no passengers were fined on bus routes 34, 57 and 59.   For comparison, 18 072 controls were carried out in February of 2019, 4339 less than in January of 2019.
