19 242 inspections of public transport have been conducted in July

Statistics of Rīgas satiksme on inspections conducted in July of 2017:

Public transport passengers caught travelling without a ticket (which received a fine):
Trams	957
Trolleybuses	1346
Buses	1789
Total:	4092
Including:
Receipts for fines	987
Bills for fines	3105

It is 362 more passengers travelling without a ticket than in June of 2017, when 3730 passengers were fined for travelling without a ticket by public transport.

Inspections of vehicles:
Trams	2514
Trolleybuses	7267
Buses	9461
Total:	19242

For comparison – 23860 inspections were conducted in June of 2017, which is 4618 more inspections than in July of 2017.

In July of 2017 the largest amount of passengers were fined for travelling without a ticket by tram No. 1 (292 passengers), while no passenger was fined on buses No. 34 and 54.
