19 541 public transport ticket controls carried out in July
„Rīgas satiksme” statistics for the city public transport ticket controls carried out in July 2016:

That is 252 stowaways less than in June 2016, when 5057 passengers were fined for riding without a ticket.

For comparison – in June 2016 were carried out 20’947 controls, which is 1’406 more than in July 2016.
In July 2016, the biggest number – 235 passengers were fined on the trolleybus No.15, while on the bus No. 34 only one passenger was fined.
