Just to compare: there were 28374 ticket inspections in November, which is by 2979 ticket inspections more than in December 2017.
The maximum number of passengers in December 2017 was fined on tram route No. 1 (329), whereas nobody was fined for fare dodging on bus routes No. 28 and 57.
