26 668 public transport inspections carried out in October

Statistics of „Rīgas satiksme” about ticket inspections carried out in October 2018:

This is by 865 fare dodgers more than in September 2018, when 2296 passengers were fined for fare dodging in public transport.

Just to compare: 23929 ticket inspections were carried out in September 2018, which is by 2739 less than in October 2018.

In October 2018, the maximum number of fare dodgers (431) was fined on bus route No. 3, whereas nobody was fined for fare dodging on bus routes No. 34, 57 and 59.
