4784 fare dodgers fined in public transport in February

Statistical data of Rīgas satiksme about public transport ticket checkups (bus, trolleybus, tram) in February 2013:

Number of fare dodgers fined in public transport:
Buses	1306
Trolleybuses	2091
Trams	1387
Total:	4784
including:
Fine receipts	3634
Fine bills	1150

It is by 415 fare dodgers more than in January 2013, when 4369 fare dodgers were fined in public transport.

Number of ticket checkups in public transport:
Buses	7472
Trolleybuses	8330
Trams	4227
Total:	20029

Just to compare: there were 21477 ticket checkups in January 2013, a 1448 increase on February 2013.

In February 2013, the maximum number of fined fare dodgers (361) was on tram route No. 6, but the minimum number (0) on bus route No. 34.
