4865 fare dodgers detained in Riga public transport in June

Statistical data of "Rīgas satiksme" about public transport ticket checkups in June 2011:

Number of fare dodgers in public transport:
Buses	2028
Trolleybuses	1508
Trams	1329
Total:	4865

It is by 1328 fare dodgers less than in May 2011, when 6193 passengers without tickets were detained in Riga public transport.

Number of ticket checkups in public transport:
Buses	13237
Trolleybuses	9436
Trams	5210
Total:	27883

Just to compare: 34125 ticket checkups were carried out in May 2011, which is by 6242 more than in June.

In June 2011, the maximum number of passengers was detained on trolleybus route No. 15 – 294, and the minimum number – two passengers – on bus route No. 34.
