5238 fare dodgers fined in public transport in July

Statistics of Rīgas satiksme about ticket checkups in Riga public transport in July 2013:

Number of fare dodgers fined in public transport:
Buses	1673
Trolleybuses	1965
Trams	1600
Total:	5238
including:
Fine receipts	3957
Fine bills	1281

It is by 433 fare dodgers less than in June 2013, when 5671 fare dodgers were fined in public transport.

Number of ticket checkups in public transport:
Buses	6850
Trolleybuses	7103
Trams	3530
Total:	17483

Just to compare: there were 18408 ticket checkups in June 2013, which is by 925 less than in July 2013.

In July 2013, the maximum number of fined fare dodgers (419) was on tram route No. 6, but the minimum number (0) on bus route No. 34.
