64% of "Rīgas satiksme" website visitors watch videos on monitors in public transport
The results of an opinion poll carried out in December on the website of "Rīgas satiksme" at www.rigassatiksme.lv show that a majority of respondents (64%) watch videos on the monitors installed in public transport vehicles of "Rīgas satiksme".
16% or 349 visitors of www.rigassatiksme.lv answered that they always look at these monitors, and 48% respondents said that they do it sometimes. 1/4 or 24% said that there are still no monitors in the vehicles they use, and 12% or 260 say that they do not watch these videos. 1825 answers were received in total during the opinion poll.
"Rīgas satiksme" shows on the monitors information which is important for passengers. It is updated once a week or more often, if necessary. "Rīgas satiksme" calls on passengers to pay attention to monitors in public transport, as they show not only practical information which is significant for clients, but also historic facts, social information, news about events in Riga etc.
