"Rīgas satiksme" opens new customer service centre

For customers’ convenience, on March 14 "Rīgas satiksme" opened a new customer service centre at Riga international bus station at Prāgas Street, 1. The new customer service centre is located near the entrance of the bus station.

The decision to open an additional customer service centre at Riga international bus station was taken because the existing one is very overloaded, serving on the average 50% of all those customers having to solve e-ticket related issues.

In the new customer service centre, like in the already existing ones, customers will be able to apply for and receive personalized e-tickets, obtain and extend the right of using public transport at a reduced price or free of charge, as well as solve various technical problems.

We remind the working hours of "Rīgas satiksme" customer service centres: from 9:00 till 19:00 on workdays and from 10:00 till 16:00 on Saturdays. Other customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" are located at Prāgas Street 1, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības gatve 384b, Kurzemes Boulevard 137 and Vienības gatve 76b.

According to an opinion poll, carried out by "SKDS" in August 2010 to find out the level of satisfaction of customers with the services provided by customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme", 82% of respondents having visited these centres said that they are generally satisfied with the level of services, including 41% who are fully satisfied. The location of centres was also given a positive evaluation, 66% of respondents said that the centres are located conveniently.
