A contest for the positions of “Rīgas satiksme” board members has been announced
Today, on 24 October, a contest has been announced for the selection of the new board member candidates. It is planned that the board of “Rīgas satiksme” will operate with five board members, one of whom will be the chairman of the board. Application deadline - 7 November.

As it was reported previously, “Rīgas satiksme” has signed a cooperation contract with the personnel recruitment company LLC “Human Source” whose goal is to carry out the selection of the new candidates for the “Rīgas satiksme” board. In addition, a board selection nomination committee has been created within the company. It is planned that the selection of the five new “Rīgas satiksme” board members will take place until 31 December 2019.
In the created board selection nomination committee three members of the “Rīgas satiksme” council have been included, the Head of the Trade Administration of the Riga City Council Property department, the director of the Riga City Council Traffic department, the manager of the Riga City Council Traffic department director’s office – deputy director and the delegated representative of the Latvian Association of Passenger Carriers.
