Additional public transport will be available on some routes on the Dead Commemoration Day
On Sunday, 25th November 2018, which is the Dead Commemoration Day, additional public transport and larger vehicles will be available on some routes to ensure comfortable transportation to Riga cemeteries.
On the Dead Commemoration Day, additional public transport will be available:
- on tram route No. 11;
- on bus routes No. 11, 19, 20, 29, 36, 37, 39 and 48;
- on trolleybus route No 19.
Tram No. 11 will run from 10:00 until 18:00 according to a temporary schedule, with intervals of 5-6 minutes when passenger flow will be at a maximum.
All buses No. 11 and 19 running in both directions will reach Jaunciems cemetery from 9:00 until 18:00.
For passengers’ comfort, larger vehicles will be provided on bus routes No. 9, 12, 37 and trolleybus route No. 19.
