Bus route No.20 to change as of October 11
„Rīgas satiksme” informs that bus route No. 20 and its schedules on working days and holidays will change as of October 11.
To decrease the number of delays on bus route No. 20 and traffic intensity in Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, starting from October 11 bus No. 20 will run in direction of Pļavnieki cemetery in Brīvības Street. Bus stops „Riga 1st Hospital”, „E.Malngaiļa Street” and „Elizabetes Street” will be closed, and new stops „Ģertrūdes Street” and „Esplanade” will be set in Brīvības Street.
As of October 11 bus No. 20 will run from Pļavnieki cemetery by the main route to Brīvības Street, then in Brīvības Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Kalpaka Boulevard and further by the route to Pētersalas Street.
In direction of Pļavnieki cemetery the route will not change.
