Customer service centre of “Rīgas satiksme” at Prāgas Street 1 will be closed on May 10 and 11

“Rīgas satiksme” informs that on May 10 and 11 the temporary customer service centre located next to the main entrance of the Bus station at Prāgas Street 1 will be closed because of its transfer to refurbished premises. The renovated customer service centre will be opened in the Bus station gallery on May 12.

On May 10 and 11 clients are invited to visit the nearby customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1 (next to the terminal of bus route No. 3). This centre is open from 09.00 till 19.00.

Other customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" are located at: Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības gatve 384b, Brīvības Street 49/53, Kurzemes Avenue 137 and Vienības gatve 117a. The addresses and working hours of customer service centres are available on “Rīgas satiksme” website at www.rigassatiksme.lv , in rubrics “Customer service centres”.

In „Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres, one can apply for and receive personalized and non-personalized e-tickets, Riga resident’s cards, pupil’s e-cards, have them replaced, as well as formalize or extend the status of a person entitled to fare discounts, and solve other different issues related tickets.
