Customers communicate with “Rīgas satiksme” also via social networks
The results of the opinion poll carried out on “Rīgas satiksme” website in October show that clients use for communication with the company not only traditional communication channels like information phone, e-mail, mail, “contract us”, but also social networks.
Every fifth respondent says that he/she writes to several accounts of “Rīgas satiksme” – in “twitter”, “draugiem.lv” or “facebook”, to ask questions of interest. Other participants of the survey say that they use other communication channels of “Rīgas satiksme”. 1275 respondents participated in the tender.
“Rīgas satiksme” receives about 45 000 client’s requests per month on the average. The clients are mostly interested in questions about the route network and schedules – for example, how specific transport runs, as well as arrival and departure times.
There are also many questions about tickets, their types and usage. Clients also often ask various questions about public transport. For example, the history of public transport, technical settings, future plans etc.
