During public holiday November 18 there will be changes in public transport, in the activity of parking lots and customer service centres
„Rīgas satiksme” informs that on November 18 public transport shall run according to the weekend schedule, also there will be changes in the activity of parking lots and customer service centres. Due to Covid-19 spreading and national restrictive measures, this year on November 18 public transport in Riga shall not be free of charge as it was before.
Public transport
On November 18, buses, trolleybuses, trams and express buses of the route No.300 shall run according to the weekend schedule.
On public holiday, tickets meant for weekends shall be used in public transport. We ask passengers who bought the tickets for working days to take into account that on November 18 these tickets shall not be valid for trips in public transport.
On pre-holiday day, November 17, the customer service centre in Brīvības Street 49/53 shall work from 8:00 until 17:00, the other five customer service centres shall work as on ordinary working days – until 19:00.
On Wednesday, November 18, all customer service centres shall be closed.
We herewith remind you that customers of „Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres are served by previous appointment. Visiting customer service centre the visitors must use mouth and nose covers.
Parking lots
On November 18, paid Riga municipal parking lots maintained by „Rīgas satiksme” can be used free of charge except the underground parking lot in Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street 5a at the Riga Congress Centre – there for the car placement you will have to pay according to the existing tariffs.
