Every fifth website visitor uses "Rīgas satiksme" e-shop
1/5 of "Rīgas satiksme" website visitors (22%) use the company’s e-shop at www.rigassatiksme.lv. It is evidenced by the results of an opinion poll held on the "Rīgas satiksme" website in September.
17% of respondents use the e-shop to reload their e-tickets or Riga resident’s cards, and 5% check the contents of their electronic card on a regular basis. 5% of respondents (78) are still planning to use the e-shop, but a majority (73%) do not use it at all. Overall, 1951 answers were received from respondents during the survey.
On the website of "Rīgas satiksme", one can reload his/her personalized or non-personalized e-ticket, Riga resident’s card or Pupil’s card (the latter can be only used to load minibus tickets). Users of the e-shop can also check the contents of their e-tickets.
