From November 9 “Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres will serve the customers by prior appointment only

“Rīgas satiksme” informs that from November 9 “Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres will serve the customers by prior appointment only. It is possible to make an appointment to the customer service centre both by calling the information phone 20361862 or on the website: https://pieteikums.rigassatiksme.lv/TimeSlot/Register

This procedure has been established due to the government decision adopted on November 6, which provides that from November 9 the services of state and local government institutions are provided remotely or by prior appointment.

In order to prevent the spreading of COVID-19 and protect the employees and customers of customer service centres, “Rīgas satiksme” calls for consideration of the need to visit customer centres. If you do need to go to the customer centre, the customers are obliged to use mouth and nose covers.

Taking care of the safety of customers and employees, disinfection of work surfaces is performed in “Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres several times a day, and every day all customer centres are intensively cleaned, additionally disinfecting handles and other surfaces touched by customers. All workplaces in customer centres are enclosed with special safety glass. In addition, hand disinfectants are available for the employees and customers.

“Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres are located at: Kurzemes prospekts 137, Prāgas street 1, Spīķeru street 1, Brīvības street 49/53, Brīvības street 191 un Brīvības gatve 384B.
