Location of public transport stops in Ķīpsala and some public transport route to change on July 24

There will be the following changes on July 24, until 18:00 approximately, due to triathlon competition: location of public transport stop „Ķīpsala”, trolleybus route No. 9 and bus route No. 13 will be changed, and bus route No. 57 will be also closed.

From 4:00 till approximately 18:00 both ascent to and descent from Vanšu Bridge will be closed. Public transport stop „Ķīpsala” will be transferred to the main traffic lane.

Trolleybus No. 9 will run from Railway Terminal Square to Iļģuciems by the route to Uzvaras Boulevard, then in Uzvaras Boulevard, Slokas Street, Kalnciema Street and further by the route.

Bus No. 13 will run from terminal „Preču – 2” to Babīte railway station by the route to K.Valdemāra Street, then in K.Valdemāra Street, Slokas Street, Dagmāras Street, Buļļu Street and further by the route.

Bus route No. 57 will be closed on July 24.

From 7:00 till 18:00 those passengers who use monthly tickets on the bus and trolleybus routes to be changed will be allowed to use these tickets on other bus and trolleybus routes to reach the necessary destination, without registering their trips.
