On April 23 due to a system upgrade customers of “Rīgas satiksme” service centres will be only able to buy tickets and submit applications
The activation of e-purse, reading information about cards, as well as paying for and transfer if tickets will not be available in customer service centres either. ”Rīgas satiksme” presents its apologies to customers for the inconveniences caused thereby.
On April 23 the operation of the e-shop will be also hindered, therefore customers are urged to buy tickets in other places of trade.
It is planned that the system upgrade will be finished in the evening of April 23 and starting from Monday, April 25, all customer service centres of “Rīgas satiksme” will be open as usually. We also remind that on Sunday, April 24, the customer service centre of “Rīgas satiksmes” at Spīķeru Street 1 will be open for customers’ convenience from 10.00 till 16.00.
“Rīgas satiksme” has seven customer service centres which are located at Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 117a and Kurzemes Avenue 137. They are open every day from 9.00 till 19.00 (at Brīvības Street 49/53 and Brīvības Street 191 from 8.00 till 19.00), on Saturdays from 10.00 till 16:00 (at Brīvības Street 49/53 from 10.00 till 15.00), but on Sundays all centres are closed except the one located at Spīķeru Street 1, which is open on Sundays from 10.00 till 16.00.
