On September 7 customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1 will be closed from 9.00 till 14:00
On September 7 the customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1 will be closed from 9.00 till 14.00 due to interruptions in power supply.
Other customer service centres, at Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Vienības gatve 117a and Kurzemes Avenue 137б will be open as usually on working days, from 9.00 till 19.00 (customer service centres atе Brīvības Street 49/53 and Brīvības Street 191 will be open from 8.00 till 19.00).
As there are big numbers of clients at customer service centres now, „Rīgas satiksme” calls on parents of pupils of 5th-10th forms, as well as of those pupils who change the educational institution, to apply for Pupil’s e-cards at www.eriga.lv. Personalised e-tickets and Riga resident’s cards can be applied for at www.rigassatiksme.lv. On „Rīgas satiksme” website you can also apply for visiting a customer service centre in advance.
