Passengers appreciate advantages of extra public transport runs provided by "Rīgas satiksme"
An absolute majority (73%) of respondents admit that they take advantage of extra runs of Riga public transport if they know that such extra public transport will be provided, and 8% point out that they prefer to leave their cars at home on the days when such extra public transport is available.
5% of "Rīgas satiksme" webpage visitors who participated in the opinion poll note that they are not informed about extra public transport and its advantages, and 13% of respondents say that extra public transport runs do not concern them.
More than 3600 respondents participated in the opinion poll which was held in December 2013.
