Public transport in Riga will be free of charge on November 18

"Rīgas satiksme" reminds that on the national holiday, November 18, Riga public transport will be free of charge. On this day, municipal parking-lots will be also free of charge, except for Old Riga, where parking services will be charged for as usually.

On November 18 and 19 Riga public transport will be running according to holiday schedules. Customer service centers of "Rīgas satiksme" will be closed on November 18. On November 19 they will be open as on workdays.

For passenger’s comfort, after 23.30 of November 18 there will be extra trams in routes No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 and 11, extra trolleybuses in routes No. 9, 14, 15, 17, 18, 22 and 27, as well as extra buses in routes No. 2, 3, 11, 18, 23, 24, 37, 40, 51 and 53 running from the city centre.
