Public transportation route maps will be placed in various stops

For residents and visitors of Riga, Rīgas satiksme has created route maps, which have all the bus, trolleybus and tram routes and stops marked, to make navigation on the city's public transport routes easier. The maps will be placed in all – around 300 – new design stops.

The public transport route map is based on the "Jana seta Map Publishers" Ltd. map, in which the public transport network and the Riga city plan – neighbourhoods, street names, various institutions, and objects – is marked.

In the public transport route map 9 tram, 19 trolleybus, and 54 bus routes are marked, as well as an overview of all of the stops – 1902 in total.

Passengers also can plan their routes on the Rīgas satiksme website, on which it is possible to plan a route by using specific addresses, nearest railway stations, and points of interest. Moreover, public transport routes schemes are available for anyone on the website www.rigassatiksme.lv and in customer service centres.
