"Rīgas Karte", subsidiary of "Rīgas satiksme", ranks among ten best European businesses
Following the second stage of the European Business Awards, a contest in which 200 European businesses participated, a subsidiary of "Rīgas satiksme", "Rīgas Karte", has been ranked among the ten best companies and continue struggling for the main award. The European Business Awards is an annual European-wide contest organized since 2007 for those dynamically growing companies which want to compare their business with that of the best European enterprises.
At the second stage of the contest each nominee was compared with other companies of the same category on the European level. Rīgas Karte was nominated to category "IT business of the year with turnover less than EUR 20 million”. The contest will be closed and awards presented on February 21 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
