Rīgas satiksme invites interested parties to apply for the management of tennis courts in Mežaparks
Rīgas satiksme invites interested parties to apply for the auction of lease rights of the tennis courts located at Ezermalas iela 32 in Riga, thus promoting open and economic management of the company’s property. The purpose of leasing the tennis courts is to ensure the function of the tennis sports base, including the development of children’s and junior tennis. The form of the auction is an electronic auction with an increasing bidding, which will take place on the electronic auction website of the Courts Administration. The deadline for registration for the auction is 21 March 2024 and the auction will be open until 2 April 2024 at 13:00.

Rīgas satiksme tennis courts were built in 1960 by the company’s employees. The property has also undergone several non-capital renovation cycles.
