Temporary Board of "Rigas satiksme”: risks of the company’s insolvency have been eliminated
The temporary Board of "Rigas satiksme” informs that, in accordance with the shareholder’s decision made on 1 March to approve the payment for "Rigas satiksme” in 2019 for the provision of a public transport service in the amount of EUR 130 million, the company's insolvency risks have been eliminated and the company can fully provide services that are entrusted to it.
At the same time, the temporary Board will look for opportunities to optimize the structure of "Rigas satiksme” expenses, as well as it has committed to ensuring the availability of audits carried out by the international auditing company SIA "Ernst & Young Baltic" to the interested parties.
