There were fewer fare dodgers in April than in March

Statistical data of „Rīgas satiksme” about ticket controls in April 2016:

Number of fare dodgers fined in public transport:
Trams	1362
Trolleybuses	2589
Buses	3565
Total:	7516
including:
Fine receipts	1638
Fine bills	5878

It is by 342 fare dodgers less than in March 2016, when 7858 passengers were fined for fare dodging in public transport.

Ticket inspections in public transport:
Trams	3950
Trolleybuses	9178
Buses	13 418
Total:	26 546

Just to compare: there were 26 309 ticket inspections in March 2016, which is by 237 ticket inspections less than in April 2016.

In April 2016, the maximum number of fare dodgers (613) was fined on trolleybus route No. 15, but on bus route No. 47 no fare dodgers were fined.
