There will be changes in public transport traffic during „Brīvības Street Night Race” event
„Rīgas satiksme” informs that during „Brīvības Street Night Race”, from 22:00 of 29.09.2018 until 01:00 of 30.09.2018, traffic will be closed in Brīvības Street from Kalpaka Boulevard to Pērnavas Street. Some public transport routes will be changed, but on some routes, additional runs will be organized.
• tram routes No 1, 5, 7 and 10;
• trolleybus route No. 9, 14, 15, 17, 18, 22 and 27.

Buses
Bus No. 1 – will run from Abrenes Street by the route to Satekles Street, then along Satekles Street, Marijas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Pērnavas Street, Brīvības Street and further by the route to Berģuciems. From Berģuciems, the bus will run by the route to Brīvības Street, then along Brīvības Street, Pērnavas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Marijas Street, Elizabetes Street, Satekles Street and further by the route to Abrenes Street.
Bus No. 3 – will run from Daugavgrīva by the route to Marijas Street, then along Marijas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Pērnavas Street and further by the route to Pļavnieki. From Pļavnieki, the bus will run by the route to Pērnavas Street, then along Pērnavas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Marijas Street and further by the route to Daugavgrīva.
Bus No. 6 – will run from Abrenes Street by the route to Satekles Street, then along Satekles Street, Marijas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Pērnavas Street and further by the route to Dreiliņi. From Dreiliņi, the bus will run by the route to Pērnavas Street, then along Pērnavas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Marijas Street, Elizabetes Street, Satekles Street and further by the route to Abrenes Street.
Bus No. 9 – will run from Abrenes Street by the route to Satekles Street, then along Satekles Street, Marijas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Pērnavas Street, Senču Street, Miera Street and further by the route to Mežaparks. From Mežaparks, the bus will run by the route to Miera Street, then along Miera Street, Senču Street, Pērnavas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Marijas Street, Elizabetes Street, Satekles Street and further by the route to Abrenes Street.
Buses No. 14 and 16 – will run from Abrenes Street by the route to Marijas Street, then along Marijas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Pērnavas Street, Brīvības Street and further by the route to the Animal farm and paper mill „Jugla”. From the Animal Farm and paper mill „Jugla”, the buses will run by the route to Brīvības Street, then along Brīvības Street, Pērnavas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Marijas Street, Gogoļa Street and further by the route to Abrenes Street.
Buses No. 21 and 40 – will run from Imanta and Ziepniekkalns by the route to Marijas Street, then along Marijas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Pērnavas Street and further by the route to Jugla. From Jugla, the buses will by the route to Brīvības Street, then along Brīvības Street, Pērnavas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Marijas Street and further by the route to Imanta and Ziepniekkalns.
Buses No. 37, 41 and 53 – will run from Imantas and Zolitūdes by the route to Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, then along Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, Raiņa Boulevard, Brīvības Boulevard, Kalpaka Boulevard and further by the route to Imanta and Zolitūde.
Bus No. 50 – will run from Abrenes Street by the route to Marijas Street, then along Marijas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Stabu Street and further by the route to TEC-2. From TEC-2 the bus will run by the route to Bruņinieku Street, then along Bruņinieku Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Marijas Street, Gogoļa Street and further by the route to Abrenes Street.
Trams
Tram route No.11 will be closed. It is planned that the last tram will depart from terminal „Ausekļa Street” at 21:03 and from terminal „Mežaparks” at 21:54.
Trolleybuses
It is planned that the last trolleybus will depart from terminal „Pauls Stradiņš Hospital” at 23:08 and will go by the route to stop „Miera Street” only.
Trolleybus No. 14 – will run from Mežciems by the route to Brīvības Street, then along Brīvības Street, Pērnavas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Marijas Street, Elizabetes Street, Satekles Street and back along Satekles Street, Marijas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Pērnavas Street, Brīvības Street to Mežciems.
Trolleybus No. 17 – will run from Purvciems by the route to Brīvības Street, then along Brīvības Street, Pērnavas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Marijas Street, Elizabetes Street, Satekles Street and back along Satekles Street, Marijas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Pērnavas Street, Brīvības Street to Purvciems.
Trolleybus No. 25 – will run in the direction of the city centre by the route to Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, then along Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, Raiņa Boulevard, Brīvības Boulevard, Kalpaka Boulevard, Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street and further to Iļģuciems.
Minibuses and express buses
Minibus No. 206 – will run from the Bus station by the route to 13th January Street, then along 13th January Street, Marijas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Pērnavas Street, Brīvības Street and further by the route to Mežciems.
Minibus No 224 – will run from Mangaļsalas by the route to Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, then along Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, Raiņa Boulevard and further by the route Railway Terminal Square.
Express bus No. 300 – will run from Vecdaugava by the route to Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, then along Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, Raiņa Boulevard and further by the route Railway Terminal Square.
Express bus No. 316 – will run from Ķengarags by the route to Merķeļa Street, then along Merķeļa Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Raiņa Boulevard and further by the route back to Ķengarags.
Express bus No. 336 – will run from Zolitūde by the route to Kišjāņa Valdemāra Street, then along Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street, Raiņa Boulevard, Brīvības Boulevard, Kalpaka Boulevard and further by the route back to Zolitūde.
Night buses
Night bus N1 – will run from stop „Railway Terminal Square” in Marijas Street, then along Marijas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Pērnavas Street, Brīvības Street and further by the route to Jugla. From Jugla, the night bus will run by the route to Brīvības Street, then along Brīvības Street, Pērnavas Street, Aleksandra Čaka Street, Marijas Street to stop „Railway Terminal Square” in Marijas Street.
Tickets
In the period from 22:00 of 29.09.2018 until 01:00 of 30.09.2018 passengers who use monthly tickets on the changed tram and trolleybus routes will be allowed to use these tickets on other tram and trolleybus routes to reach the necessary destination, without registering their trips.
