There will be changes on bus routes No. 13, 21 and 46 due to repair works
„Rīgas satiksme” informs that it is planned to close transport traffic through the railway level crossing in Slokas Street from 08:00 of November 24 until 06:00 of November 29.
The repair works will cause changes on bus routes No. 13, 21 and 46. These buses will bypass the closed level crossing by the overpass in Jūrmalas gatve.
In the direction of terminal „Babīte railway station”, bus No. 13 will run by the route to Dzirciema Street, then along Dzirciema Street, Jūrmalas gatve, Kurzemes Avenue and further by the route. When on the by-pass route, the bus will stop at stops „Mazā Stacijas Street” and „Sudrabkalniņš”. Stops „Saulgožu Street” and „Observatorijas Street” will be closed on the route.
In the direction of terminal „Preču-2”, the bus will run by the route to Kurzemes Avenue, then along Kurzemes Avenue, Jūrmalas gatve, Dzirciema Street and further by the route. When on the by-pass route, the bus will stop at stop „Sudrabkalniņš”. Stops „Saulgožu Street” and „Observatorijas Street” will be closed on the route. Please see the map here.
Buses No. 21 and 46 will run in the direction of terminals „Imanta” and „Zolitūde” by the route to Dzirciema Street, then along Dzirciema Street, Jūrmalas gatve, Kurzemes Avenue and further by the route. When on the by-pass route, the buses will stop at stops „Botanical Gardens” (in Jūrmalas gatve), „Kurzemes Avenue”, „Progresa Street” and „Sudrabkalniņš”. Stops „Botanical Gardens” (in Dzirciema Street), „Sēlpils Street/Donors Centre”, „Saulgožu Street” and „Observatorijas Street” will be closed on the route.
In the direction of terminals „Jugla” and „Ziepniekkalns”, the buses will run by the route to Kurzemes Avenue, then along Kurzemes Avenue, Jūrmalas gatve, Dzirciema Street and further by the route. When on the by-pass route, the buses will stop at stops „Sudrabkalniņš” and „Jūrmalas gatve”. Stops „Observatorijas Street”, „Saulgožu Street”, „Mazā Stacijas Street”, „Sēlpils Street/Donors Centre” and „Dārza Street” will be closed on the route. Please see the map here.
Express buses No. 338 will run in the direction of terminal „Imanta” by the route to Dzirciema Street, then along Dzirciema Street, Jūrmalas gatve, Kurzemes Avenue and further by the route. Stops „Botanical Gardens” (in Dzirciema Street), „Sēlpils Street/Donors Centre”, „Saulgožu Street” and „Observatorijas Street” will be closed on the route. In the direction of terminals „Pļavnieki”, the express buses will run by the route to Kurzemes Avenue, then along Kurzemes Avenue, Jūrmalas gatve, Dzirciema Street and further by the route. Stops „Observatorijas Street”, „Saulgožu Street”, „Mazā Stacijas Street”, „Sēlpils Street/Donors Centre” and „Dārza Street” will be closed on the route.
