There will be changes on some public transport routes during the march of participants of World games of workers and amateurs on June 13
On June 13, 2017, from about 19:00, due to the march of participants of the World games of workers and amateurs, there will be changes in the public transport routes going along K.Valdemāra Street between O.Kalpaka Bulvāris and Stabu Street.
BUSES
Bus No. 11 will run from Abrenes Street by the route to Merķeļa Street, then in Merķeļa Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Brīvības Street, Bruņinieku Street, K.Valdemāra Street and further by the route. It will run from Abrenes Street by the route to K.Valdemāra Street, then along K.Valdemāra Street, Stabu Street, Brīvības Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Raiņa Boulevard and further by the route.
Bus No. 20 will run to Pļavnieki cemetery along Pulkveža Brieža Street, Kalpaka Boulevard, K.Valdemāra Street, Raiņa Boulevard, Brīvības Boulevard, Brīvības Street, Stabu Street and further by the route.
Buses No. 37, 41, and 53 will run to Esplanade by the route to K.Valdemāra Street, then along K.Valdemāra Street, Raiņa Boulevard, Brīvības Boulevard, then will turn about in the crossing of Brīvības Boulevard and Elizabetes Street and go along Brīvības Boulevard and further by the route.
TROLLEYBUSES
Trolleybus No. 3 will run from the Central market to Sarkandaugava and Kundziņsala by the route to Merķeļa Street, then in Merķeļa Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Brīvības Street, Bruņinieku Street, K.Valdemāra Street and further by the route. From Sarkandaugava and Kundziņsala it will run by the route to K.Valdemāra Street, then in K.Valdemāra Street, Stabu Street, Brīvības Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Raiņa Boulevard and further by the route.
Trolleybus No. 5 will run from the “Daugava” stadium by the route to K.Valdemāra Street, then in K.Valdemāra Street, Stabu Street, Brīvības Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Kalpaka Boulevard, K.Valdemāra Street and further by the route. It will run from Pauls Stradiņš hospital to the “Daugava” stadium along K.Valdemāra Street, Raiņa Boulevard, Brīvības Boulevard, Brīvības Street, Bruņinieku Street, K.Valdemāra Street and further by the route.
Trolleybus No. 12 will run from Šmerlis to Āgenskalna priedes along Brīvības gatve, Brīvības Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Kalpaka Boulevard, K.Valdemāra Street and further by the route.
Trolleybus No. 25 will run from Iļģuciems to Brīvības Street by the route to K.Valdemāra Street, then in K.Valdemāra Street, Raiņa Boulevard, Brīvības Boulevard, Brīvības Street, Bruņinieku Street, K.Valdemāra Street and further by the route. It will run from Brīvības Street to Iļģuciems along Brīvības Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Kalpaka Boulevard, K.Valdemāra Street and further by the route.
During the march, public transport stop “Riga Hospital No.1” will be closed for trolleybuses. Public transport “Bruņinieku Street” in the direction of Sarkandaugava will be transferred to Bruņinieku Street, just before the crossing with K.Valdemāra Street.
