Today is the last day when tickets bought until January 31 can be used
"Rīgas satiksme" informs that today, March 2, is the last day when tickets bought until January 31, 2015 are valid in public transport. On March 3 all these tickets will be blocked and will not be valid in public transport anymore.
All those passengers having bought tickets until January 31, 2015 and having not used these tickets can visit one of "Rīgas satiksme" customer service centres until January 31, 2016 and reclaim 100% of unused tickets value, which will be repaid. If a customer wants to continue using public transport, he/she can exchange tickets for new ones after paying the difference of prices.
The customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" are located at: Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 117a and Kurzemes Avenue 137. The centres are open: from 9.00 till 19.00 on working days, and from 10.00 till 16.00 on Saturdays. The customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1 is also open on Sundays from 10.00 till 16.00. The working hours of the customer service centre at Brīvības Street 49/53 are as follows: from 8.00 till 19.00 on working days, and from 10.00 till 15.00 on Saturdays.
